Lions and tigers and bears! OH MY!   October 4, 2012 New Emergency Foreclosure Assistance Fund The landmark joint federal-state settlement involving the nation's five largest mortgage servicers has provided additional resources for foreclosure prevention services in Iowa through the Iowa Mortgage Help initiative. A new tool is now available to eligible homeowners through the new Emergency Foreclosure Assistance Fund.
